How long is the data retained in Quicta?

quicta retains data for 24 months unless specified otherwise.

Is there a limit as to number or size of transactions entered in quicta?

There is no limit to the number of transactions entered as it is a cloud-based solution, which can scale on-demand. If your business has storage requirements in excess of 20 GB per year, please speak to one of our consultants.

What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?

We recommend 4 MB file size per upload to ensure optimal performance.

Can the platform be used on a mobile device?

Yes, it is designed as a mobile-first service management solution. It can be accessed by smartphone, tablets and laptops (devices with iOS, Android, Windows Phone OS, and Symbian operating systems).

Is it possible to white label quicta?

How many logins can I have?

No set limits, it varies based on the needs of each customer. It is a scalable solution, therefore let us know your requirements.

Can an accounting software be integrated to quicta?

Yes, it can be integrated with third-party software including ERP, Finance, CRM, and HR systems. It will be very useful to streamline the service processes, especially if it includes inventories, equipment, and the invoicing and payment processes.

Can payment gateways be integrated?

Yes, the platform is capable to integrate with all major payment gateways with open APIs.

Can notifications be sent via different messaging apps (in addition to SMS or email)?
